Team for Animals in Lantau South (TAILS) is a registered animal welfare charity that depends on the dedication and passion of volunteers, and the kindness and generosity of donors and sponsors to continue working toward a world in which animal welfare is the norm, not the exception.
What They Do
Adoption
TAILS aims to provide all our rescue animals with the happiness of being adopted into a forever home full of love, commitment, loyalty, care and attention.
Fostering
TAILS is indebted to our fosters who provide our rescue animals with a loving home environment while they wait for adoption to their forever homes.
Volunteer
TAILS operates entirely with remote volunteers. We have teams handling every aspect of the charity, including rescues, fostering, adoption, admin and deliveries.
Events
For most of the year, TAILS holds adoption days twice a month, where you can meet cute dogs and puppies looking for their forever homes.
Join TAILS' Community
TAILS Lantau offers education to encourage responsible animal handling and care, and provide medical attention, protection and nurture to animals in need, who have often been abandoned, neglected and abused. They are committed to de-sexing (spay/neuter) which aids in reducing the number of unwanted animals and their unnecessary suffering. Beyond animal rescue, TAILS further provides talks on animal welfare and behaviour.
