In such scenario there will be no refund of the entry fees.
- Runners must adhere to all instructions given by event marshals.
- The event may be photographed. Pictures may be taken which capture your participation in the event. You agree to the publication of such photographs and broadcasts and their use by us in future publications and publicity. If you would rather your photograph was not used in the future please feel free to contact us.
- Overall race prizes will be awarded to the first three males and female runners. The first three prizes will be decided by finishing positions, not by chip times.
In the event of any dispute the race director’s decision will be final.
